Lead a portfolio of SME clients, manage accounts preparation, and provide insightful financial advice. You’ll work closely with business owners to help them understand their numbers and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
ACCA or ACA qualified (or equivalent)
3–5 years of experience in an accounting practice
Strong understanding of UK tax and compliance
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)
Support senior team members with bookkeeping, VAT returns, reconciliations, and management accounts preparation. Perfect for someone looking to grow within a dynamic firm.
Requirements:
Studying towards ACCA/ACA or AAT qualified
1–2 years of experience in practice

Join our growing Advisory Division and work directly with clients as a part-time or fractional Finance Manager. You’ll provide high-level financial insight, cashflow forecasting, and strategic reporting to help clients scale sustainably.
Responsibilities:
Deliver monthly management reports and board packs
Oversee cashflow, KPIs, and financial planning
Advise on business strategy, pricing, and growth opportunities
Requirements:
Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
Minimum 5 years’ post-qualified experience
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
